2 - this is actually kindof a tough spot after you get three bet. If you have been battling preflop even a decent amount this is standard (and I prefer a small 4bet much more than a shove). Everytime this happens to me vs an unknown opponent with taggy stats I get shown QQ/KK/AA/AK but maybe I'm just running bad. This is my advice based on Party 100nl games so it may not apply.

You're not running bad.

There are people you play for 100bb deep stacks with AK against and there are people you don't. You need to figure out who is who depending on what you know about your opponent and how your game usually plays.

If you nail his range down to AKo and QQ+, then you have 39% equity. Couple that with positional situation, random bluffs, and possibly image this is an easy felt against 90%+ of players.
