Default Picking a fight with QJ s00ted live

    $3/$5 NLHE $300 max

UTG is kinda TAggy (by live standards) and listening to his IPod sort looking to be in his 20s. Doesn't give off a lot of information spewage out of action. He's already folded limps to my pre-flop raises a couple times.
BB has about $700 and is on a mission to give it all back so he can go home tonight. I can't make this shit up.
    I am UTG+1 and have around $400.

    UTG limps
I make it $25 with :Qs: :Js:
All fold to UTG who calls.

    Flop is :Ks: :Kh: :Td:
UTG checks, I bet $40 and UTG pretty quickly calls
    Turn is :Tc:
    Check, check
    River is :Ac:
UTG starts to reach, then stops, then makes a sloppy bet of around $100 in chips. I don't think his body language is super-strong.

Call to snap him off or am I being too optimistic here?

    does UTG cover?

the scared play is an interesting read. Just unfortunate that any ten is scared here, but still beats you. The board almost beats you even. Calling here is very, very thin cos I dunno if you're good a third of the time.
but... how much is it worth to cover the BB if he really is that eager to hand over the cash?

Do you think UTG is limp calling TJ/9T/AT type of hands?

How certain are you that he doesn't have a king? Do you think you have any fold equity over a ten? is an ace calling?

    Push?

    I'd rather not do this.

I actually ran into the exact same situation yesterday except on my flop there was at least a flush draw out there. On yours, you're hoping he's bluffing with underpair and I doubt he leads with Tx; even if he does I doubt he's folding it.

BTW I folded mine and I imagine Fnord folded here too.

    Zeebo says no.

He's a bit smarter than your average bear and the body language fits a value bet with Tx. I don't see him betting Ax and certainly he would bet Kx here.

That said, the action fits 22-99 as well.

I missed the fact that he limp/called UTG. What range did you put him on when he called the flop?

I actually don't put a T in his range anymore. Tx might check/call too.

I folded he put on a big dog and pony show with

Later we get it all-in on the turn for like $400 each, set of twos vs 23o BB special bottom two pair he stacked off with in a limped pot. 3 on the river. "can't put you on a set there" WTF?! do you think I'm limping UTG with and putting my stack in with.

    No justice in poker.

Anyway, I think I need to work on sniffing out bluffs...
