    The FTR300 is for registered FTR forum members only and you must have signed up for PokerStars through Flop Turn River! So players can only join if they receive a ticket FROM PokerStars.

    you have to click on any Pokerstars link from an FTR webpage then download the software that way. I haven't tried it, but I doubt it would work if you uninstalled Stars then re-installed through a link here.

    Has anyone else tried that?

    FTR has to be your registered affiliate with stars, so that wont work.

    When I created my Stars account I couldn't find any good free money, rakeback or other deals so thought I'd be a little loyal to FTR and use the instructions in the above (boils down to a "Marketing Code").

    It sounds like noone's really pleased with it not being a password event, so odds are next time around it will be. (Also not many people are eligible / have signed up)
