I tend to 3bet larger here to about $13-$15. Line is fine. folding to river.
Line looks good. Another good line that I considered during reading your hand is a raise on the turn. This has to be a small raise, 2x-2.5x. The idea is to take back control of the betting + narrow down villains range when deciding on what to do with the river.
