I am still relatively new to the idea of 4betting semi-lightly pf. In fact, the first time I was 4bet in FR I believe I said, "a 4bet, is that allowed?"

Couple of hands for comment on sizing.

Hand 1. Opp has 3bet me at least once at this table. has been a short session so far, less than 30 minutes. I have my usual high att to steal % and am expecting a 3bet the majority of the time from him here, so I decide to 4bet and cbet all flops. bet sizing ok?

similar situation as the first one. don't really remember much about opp as this was a bit ago. Am unsure if I should be making this flop bet.
