Defending against villains who attack the c-bet
This is sort of a part 2 to my 'double barreling' thread:
http://www.flopturnriver.com/phpBB2/...op-t72451.html
This time, instead of being OOP, where our c-bet aware villain is floating light with position on us, hoping to take it down on the turn, they're OOP, and c/r our c-bet. Take this thread as an example:
http://www.flopturnriver.com/phpBB2/...ne-t72112.html
What is the best defense against this, and why? It was suggested that the villain will often follow through with the bluff on the turn, but I would question that.
If he thinks I'm c-betting, and is defending against it with a c/r, then he's got to take my call fairly seriously as I would usually give up here with air. So doesn't a flop call/turn lead look very strong?
