Default Top 2, 200BB deep vs Fish

Villian is 44/7/1.7 over 145 hands
Some mixed reads here...villian has gotten out of line twice on the turn previously verse other people, reraising 2nd pair, weak kicker, and top pair weak kicker, but both times checked behind on river, once after making two pair and once after flush came in. Since him c/r or rr turn and follow it up with PSB on river a couple times...but no show down. Only real strong hand he has shown down was in a small BvB pot, where he lead turn with a straight draw and bet pot on the river when he hit.

Too nitty? I kicked myself afterwards...but I'm back and forth on it now.

if youve seen him do this twice now with mediocre hands, just shove the turn? if not i dont think i can fold here really, even though he hasnt followed through on the river the previous 2 times.
eeevees are not monies yet...they are like baby monies.

You flatcalled the turn for this specific reason: so he can continue with his bluffs on the river. If you are not calling here just shove over his turn raise, but given villains description calling twice is best.

Since this is not the first time he has shown massive strength like this, it's more of a call. He could have JT or sets, but just as likely worse twopairs or even air if the description is accurate.

My first thought was shove the turn but given the read I'd also agree that call call is better.
My sig is too much for you to handle.

Most nits would probably be quite surprised how often this kinda villain shows up with air/ 1pr

Given the read, in FR i snap call. 6-max even moreso I guess
