Default "Fast" tables vs. normal speed tables

Is there any advantage of playing at a fast table compared to a slow table, aside from giving solace to the ADD types? You obviously play more hands per hour (usually), but how would it affect one's winrate and/or your ability to multitable (more hands = more action = less tables...?)

Or is the difference so minuscule that it's not even worth considering?

fast tables = bigger winrate (due to more hands played per hour), but if you multi-table it may a point where you can't manage the tables quick enough if they are all fast (the big multi-tablers would have to confirm this though).
Poker is easy, it's winning at poker that's hard.

ya it's pretty impossible to play 24tables mixing fast and normal from my experience. I basically stopped timing out on tables once I set up the filter to only normal speed.

First, let me say that for a period of about 80k hands, I was 24-tabling only fast 200nl tables and had a winrate over 2ptbb/100 during the sample.

Second, these days I only play on regular tables, and I don't play nearly as many tables.
