Villain is unknown; however he has been at the table for a couple of orbits and the manner in which he is playing leads me to believe he's a fish in training. I expect him to have stats in the 60/20 range when they pop up.

The only hand I see in his probable range that beats you is QT, maybe QJ. Being an apparent fish, his range should include a lot of other crap here -- any other Q, any weaker flush, any king -- and he's not gonna fold any of it if you raise. So i'd say there's probably some value in raising here.

This is kinda iffy but fish don't usually raise the river unless they think they have the nuts. I assume he realizes a straight isn't the nuts?

I would push for around $200 or less. With this much money behind, less inclined to do so. So many hands make boats although it's really a shame if he's playing like K6 here.
