Default pot odds shmot odds, am I EVER good here?

-villain in this hand is Marie1965
-Haven't played much with him, but over a smallish sample of 1k hands seems decent at least ( nothing too fishy/spewy)
-so far running 25/18/5 over 1k hands
-No real relevant history. A few minutes prior to this hand on a different table, he cold 4-bet (after I raised on CO and button 3-bet) and I jammed for 130bb's total and he folded
-Seen him squeezing several times, but has been mostly active preflop

How many 6x hands could he have here?
That just leaves AA/KK/QQ/JJ/TT, a very optimistic Tx or a weird bruff.

If he ever plays JJ like this, it's pot odds, otherwise I'd fold.

betting more on the flop and turn would set up a better river shove. I guess fold as played.
