Default kk in 3-bet pot vs flop min-cr 100nl

villain is a fairly solid nit playing 11-8 and doesn't bet too out of line - but will bet-call mid-pairs pre-flop.
His pre-flop range is pairs 55-AA. I'm repping AA and he's happy to get pot-committed, he's good enough to know that the c-r means he only has to bet half-pot next street to get it in. In order of likelihood: AA, 99/88, QQ, JJ, TT, KK
If I call the flop c-r I feel almost committed to the pot, 3-bet pushing seems silly, does this make it a sickening fold?

    UTG ($100)
    MP1 ($53.30)
    Hero ($111.85)
    CO ($118.85)

    Preflop: Hero is MP2 with K, K.
UTG raises to $3.5, 1 fold, Hero raises to $12, 4 folds, UTG calls $8.50.

    Flop: ($25.50) 8, 9, 4 (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $19, UTG raises to $38, Hero wants to call, but...

first of all, you are not repping AA, or at least you should not be, i.e. you should be 3betting enough that this situation comes up a lot -- you are cbetting in a 3bet pot and it should be fairly common.

if it's not, snap fold because you aren't 3betting enuf and ppl are mining you.

you should be making this play enough with AK/AQ that hes forced to ship JJ and QQ here and this is a super easy all in

I'm starting to 3-bet wider, here JJ+, AQs, AK+ are all likely enough, against some players it starts to include 99/TT/Axs etc - then again, I flat QQ against one nit-reg who is 11-1 over 6k hands and open limps AKs and QQ...
What I have noticed is that people don't adjust to a wide 3-bet range, they still consider my 3-betting range to be AA/KK/AKs, and normally aren't prepared to take the risk.

I called. Snap or fold on blank turn ?

UTG checks, Hero bets $19, UTG raises to $38, Hero calls $19.

    Turn: ($101.50) T (2 players)
    UTG bets $50 (All-In), Hero calls $50.

you made your decision on the flop.

CONTRAVERSIAL POST TIME i don't really mind flatting preflop or checking behind the flop if you think he'll think you have AA if that makes sense.

also see rents post about exaclty this sort of situation in his FR thready thing. You should be polarising preflop so 3bet something speculative like A5s instead of JJ.

this spot sucks massive balls, seems everytime i ship it in in this situation i come up against a set or a better hand in general, id fold here.
"This sure beats Super Mario Bros.!" is my ejaculation catch phrase.

yeah, you should definitely make some commitment plan right on the flop and go ahead. As played, i'm hard pressed to fold kings given SPR and huge pot odds. I wouldnt blame anyone for folding KK to c/r aggression on the flop if you figure that your FR game is nits and setmining garden :P .
hero got pot-stuck without a good plan.

I would fold it in NL10 because of all the setminers

Folding here is pretty bad. SPR < 4 + (3bet pot + overpair) = gogogo.
