QQ vs Unknown

    Default QQ vs Unknown

    My turn thought is this. Bet 1/2 for value, and fold of raised. Am I c/c river if called? Scroll wheel eff'd my sizing...

    Hero ($9.55)
    MP ($8.15)
    Button ($8.75)
    SB ($11.35)

    Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q, Q.
    Hero raises to $0.4, 1 fold, Button calls $0.40, SB calls $0.35, BB calls $0.30.

    Flop: ($1.60) 5, 4, 8 (4 players)
    SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $1.2, Button calls $1.20, SB folds, BB folds.

    Turn: ($4) 3 (2 players)
    Hero bets $1.9, Button ....

    If we check, and V goes for 1/2 -> 2/3, what do we do here? call and c/f the river?

    I like this against taggier villains, but if a passive villain is firing the turn, they're almost always firing the river also, so as much as a turn c/f would make me hate life...I think a case could be made for it against weak/tight or even loose/passive if they're firing a 1/2 pot or bigger.

    Against a lagg, I'm inclined towards a c/c + c/c

    Check/call turn and check/fold most rivers should perhaps be the default line against most unknowns.

    Yeah, I was thinking b/f without the Q and c/c with it, as a default.
    But it seems like our b/f range is exploitably large if we do so.

    Are we b/c-ing A Ax? or c/c as well?
