Bleeding in non SD pots..

So I was looking at my database today and realized that I'm losing a shitload of money in non-SD pots. I grabbed maybe 15 of the hands where i lost 10-40BBs and exported them to a file. A lot of these are super standard, but a lot maybe are spew and/or I fold too much. If you guys could take a look at these hands and see if any stand out or are just super horrible that would be MUCH appreciated. Also I don't expect anyone to look at every single one, but if you only comment on a few that would be super great.

Umm, you seem to be bleeding in 3-bet with crap pots a lot...

Not saying its neccessarily bad to do so, but like 2/3 of those hands fall into that category, something to think about.

I PMed you my thoughts in more detail. In brief I think 3-betting with no hole card value is rarely a good play. Also flatting weak suited Aces in the blinds against a steal was a steady leak for me for a while.

this is too many hands to comment on, clean them up and/or only post hands that u think might be interesting rather than just posting hands that fall into the category of u losing money

basically u squeezed with hands that are terrible to squeeze with, u called out of position preflop with hands that should have been 3bet or fold, and u check/raised on boards that are stupid to check-raise if your opponent is halfway competent.

Nuts - Sorry about the gross amt of hands. I didn't have any clue as to why my non SD losses were so I posted a lot of hands to see which were std/not. In the future I won't post this many.

Pank - This was more a function of my opps weakness than anything. I don't think I'll be doing this any more, but I think squeezing with AIR is necessary to balance.. However, Q3o won't make the cut anymore I assure you

3 betting with trash doesn't balance your range it polarizes it. If you are going to 3 bet light do it with hands that have at least some sort of equity/possibility of flopping equity when you are called.

I agree however, I'd balance with SCs, AXs, stuff like that.
