tongue sorta in cheek... 3-betting range of villain is almost entirely AA/KK/AK/QQ and a tiny piece of JJ/TT/ATC.
Bet was about defending my hand, although I'm pretty sure QQ folds here, so does AK, and JJ. I also think that this is the only way I might get KK out of the hand. Basically I'm turning my hand into a bluff.

Dunno really, I'm trying to figure out the pros and cons of stop n go!

4-betting and I'll end up against AA/KK only, but I want to see a flop. Checking and it's a guaranteed c-bet and I don't particularly want to c-r allin. So I bet 3/4 pot, not quite pot-fucked and check some more detailed stats if he pushes over.

I'm thinking loads about 3betting at the moment - how/when to do it, and how to react to it. Comments welcome.

lol these hands never fold here, prolly just fold pre as we are going to be oop for the rest on the hand and it doesn't play that well vs his 3betting range.

Maybe I'm way off but if you say he 3bets 5% thats quite a bit at 100nl (esp. for a 10/9) from what I've seen, and it definitely includes more than AA, KK, AK, QQ etc., in position. I don't know how much it changes the play in this situation, but I really think 5%, especially in a CO/button situation, includes more than just hands that beat you.

fold qq/kk? have you ever played poker before this hand?
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

I could be wrong but isn't the idea of a stop n go more applicable to tourney poker?
