Default 10NL Two pair missed bet?

Villain is loose and passive with a 3/4 stack. I made the oversized turn raise because I would almost rather treat the minbet as a check and proceed accordingly. Am I missing a value bet on this river? If so, how much should I bet? I planned on check calling any reasonable sized bet-is this okay? Does anyone ever look to check raise here?

Although its not a great river I would bet it. The problem with c/c is loose passives usually don't thin value bet, so you are going to be picking off a lot of bets from the nuts and missing value from hands he wants to station. I think b/f is ideal in this spot.

I think you should open the river here. It seems Q hands will call you.
