When to take a shot from 50nl to 100nl

Hey guys I was just curious what the consensus is on taking shots at the next level, and how much I would need to take a shot at 100nl... also consider I have no problem moving down if a rough start occurs. Thanks.

alot, i personally wouldnt move up to 100nl till you have an absolute minimum of 6k, just so much shitty variance with hu and i wouldnt play with any less than 60 buyins so your not playing scared money.

You can do it with a 2k roll if you want, if your crushing then you may as well. HU isn't that high variance, and also 50NL has such significant rake that you may find yourself with the same winrate at 100nl.

scared money..you do not win with scared money, a few times maybe but it really affects your play if you are trying to win because of the $$$ or trying to win because of how you play your game and it is way way way under control when it isn't scared money. this coming from a sng HU not ring HU.

I'm with max. If your good with moving down if it doesn't work out why not take a shot with 2-3k. You can bum hunt till you get comfortable and you really have nothing to lose. If it doesn't work move down get your confidence back and try again.
