dozer ... i used to have a similar problem. i wouldnt listen to what fnord is saying for 50nl, it's fine when u get up to like 200 cuz players are much more cognizant of image, and many more value bet thinly so it makes more sense to call down lighter .... also at 200nl u should play more hands than u should at 50nl, so the more hands you play, the weaker both yours and your opponent's ranges will be by the river.
dont rely so much on the stats, u should go on your feel mostly, and use the stats only as extra information, not the only information. you'll make a lot more at 50nl playing your hands slowly and semibluffing very infrequently (unless you got a huge draw). i dont mean slowplaying, i mean, if you have QQ, open in CO, get called by BB; flop 356 BB donks into you, you should probably just call. players are gonna make their biggest mistakes on the turn and river where play is a bit more difficult and pot sizes are bigger, so just let them make mistakes. also, if u flop like to ppair or whatever oop and it seems really obvious the dude is calling u w/ a draw on the flop and turn ... check the river, they bluff it like always. it sucks to play that way but its what gets the money.
