    ...Good Question........Where am I?

    Default 15 Outs. Hand Advice*

    >This was a great hand for my last session cashwise, but I'd like to make sure all is well in +EV land.

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (7 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    MP1 ($5.03)
    MP2 ($1.85)
    CO ($4.18)
    Hero (Button) ($5.85)
    SB ($0.93)
    BB ($5.52)
    UTG ($3.79)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q J
UTG calls $0.02, 2 folds, CO calls $0.02, Hero raises to $0.08, SB calls $0.07, 1 fold, UTG calls $0.06, 1 fold

    Flop: ($0.28) 9 10 5 (3 players)
SB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets $0.20, SB calls $0.20, UTG raises to $0.60, Hero raises to $1.80, SB calls $0.65 (All-In), UTG calls $1.20

    >Ok. I'm looking at 15 outs here, and two of them are redraws against a A high flush draw. I got 6 outs for my open ender, and 9 for my flush draw+ overs, but I doubted they were any good with the check/raise. So I'm pretty well ready to shove the whole lot of it. Should my reraise have been a shove? Also, should I have PSB this flop? I feel like the answer to both of these questions is yes.

    Turn: ($4.73) 2 (3 players, 1 all-in)
    UTG bets $1.91 (All-In), Hero calls $1.91

    Total pot: $8.55 | Rake: $0.40

The Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias in which unskilled individuals suffer from illusory superiority, mistakenly rating their ability much higher than average. This bias is attributed to a metacognitive inability of the unskilled to recognize their mistakes

1 if it's not funny, why did Mezza morta laugh?

2 ok.. I'll knock it off. A simple "please knock it off Ragnar" is just as good.

3 @ OP. There is no way you can play the flop that isn't +EV. You could shove the flop, you could check bomb the flop, you could bet out the flop, you could check/call the flop. It doesn't matter.

That having been said, getting more money in the pot with 12+ clean outs is always + ev, because you're just about guaranteed to win the pot more than 50% of the time. There's already money in the pot, plus the chance your opponent will fold if you bet means "get it all in in the most logical way possible" If you could get AI on the flop do it.

turn is standard for the way you played it. Even if you acted first, I could see shoving being a good move.

In situations like this.. Where you have an open ended straight flush draw, you should get all your money in the pot and move on.

People may argue that your PF raise should be .12... or .10... I have a feeling they would be correct.
