Max post/day

Maybe its my imagination, but it seems that a ton of new posters are like posting a ton of crap in one day I guess to get their post count up. Getting more people involved is great but when you have 3 pages of new posts because two people posted in 20 or 30 with like 2 word answers its frustrating. Is there a way to limit like posters w/less than 100 posts to no more than like 5 posts/ day or something? Just a suggestion, and maybe I'm alone on it, but god they're annoying.
