100nl bb with big draw being re-raised 260bb deep

villain unknown before this session. At this point we've had nearly a coupla hundred hands at the table. Hes running 27-11, folding to 67% of cbets. He hasn't got heavily involved without a decent (tptk+) hand so far. He's only been aggressive on 20% of flops.

I've been loose-passive-ish at this table, running like 18-11 and i've been playing mid-strength hands a little stronger than they would deserve against decent players. Shown down a strong hand or two as well though...

I'm torn here, we're deep and he's gonna be folding a lot of his range to a 3-bet. Thoughts?
Flat and see a turn?
maybe i should learn about playing deep?

For an idea of a sample range, against 44,22,A4s,A2s,JhTh,Th9h,9h8h,8h7h,7h6h,6h5h we're 48%, so if you think he might have some more Aces in there then we're higher. Against say 87 of hearts by itself we're 58%.

I think it comes down to how many other Aces you think he has. If for example you never thought he had other Aces then I think a 3-bet is best since you're probably not folding out anything you could get more value from on later streets by calling. On the other hand if you think he has a lot of other Aces then I think just calling his raise is better since we make it more likely we get more value out of more of his range.

Isn't this what we want? Since we're oop and rather 3b then flat.

I like raising however with the nfd i think calling might be better. Reasoning being we are getting great direct and implied odds to draw, however when we have the lowest flush draw our implied odds are far worse because his stacking off range contains a lot of over-flushes. With the nfd I think calling is better as we also have slightly less equity against his stacking off range (that spoon posted) and much greater implied odds.
