Default Two 3bet pots vs same opp 100nl

Opp was running about 15/12 multitabling. He is aggro enough imo and he had 3bet me a fair amount over 3-4 of my tables for the past hour. I pulled off a 4bet previously which he folded to and my 4bet sizing is the same as below, thats was BTN vs Blinds. His 3bet % was still only about 5% but sample size is very small to correctly provide a figure. Ive also 3bet him some but no big 3bet pot history.

    Hand 1:

    $0.5/$1 No Limit Holdem
    6 players
    Converted at weaktight.com

    Stacks:
    UTG givmild ($107.93)
    UTG+1 lezleeke ($100.00)
    CO jussila ($108.78)
    BTN Hero ($105.03)
    SB Sarris1 ($74.42)
    BB Putin ($201.26)

    Pre-flop: ($1.50, 6 players) Hero is BTN
2 folds, jussila raises to $4, Hero raises to $12, 2 folds, jussila calls $8

    Flop: ($25.50, 2 players)
    jussila checks, Hero checks

    Turn: ($25.50, 2 players)
jussila checks, Hero bets $14, jussila raises to $34, $20 to Hero ($79.03)?

About 4-5 orbits later, table is now 3 way. No changes in history since above.

    Hand 2:

    $0.5/$1 No Limit Holdem
    3 players
    Converted at weaktight.com

    Stacks:
    BTN Hero ($97.00)
    SB givmild ($99.50)
    BB jussila ($191.87)

    Pre-flop: ($1.50, 3 players) Hero is BTN
Hero raises to $3, givmild folds, jussila raises to $13, Hero raises to $28, jussila calls $15

    Flop: ($56.50, 2 players)
    jussila checks, Hero checks

    Turn: ($56.50, 2 players)
    jussila checks, Hero checks

    River: ($56.50, 2 players)
    jussila bets $30, $30 to Hero ($69)?

    Thanks guys

1: I don't think there's much value in a turn bet. The only hands I could see you getting value from are AJ, JT and TT, the first two of which he isn't calling a 3-bet with all the time. Your bet is also too large. As played I would fold, I don't think you look very weak, and there's lots of strong hands he might play this way.

    2. Instacall, he can easily be bluffing or value-betting worse (KK or QQ).

hand 1 check behind turn, what is he calling you are ahead of? not much. id rather bet flop than turn.

hand 2 call but bet the flop -- kinda small, just under half pot.

i totally agree hand 1 turn bet was a brain fart.

    mix,

why are you betting flop, taking into account the possible range he has.

I don't get this statement. Or rather, IF this statement is true such that you don't want to bet the flop, isn't it still true enough for you not to bet this turn? What hands are you worried about on the flop that you are no longer worried about on the turn?

If anything I'd say the turn is worse, cause hands that you might have been able to barrel down on from flop to river (QJ,KQ) and maybe get folds, will no longer fold.

I'd also rather bet this flop and check this turn.

    1 - bet flop imo
2 - as played, ez call. not crazy about 4betting A9o. would rather do it with suited connectors or cards that can make big hands (+ monsters obv).
