Something that I've been pondering
So i've been playing 50nl and 100nl lately. I've been playing around with a theory I've come to. It might not be original or even logical...but I thought I'd put it on here and get feedback on what some of you think. So here it is. If one of my opponents is running 15/13 over a good sample and they raise, I can logically and semi-accurately put them on the top 13% of hands and find out how much equity I have against their range on pokerstove. It has been working out pretty well and I think its keeping me from making loose calls against 3-bets. Also I tend to give really tight players too much credit when I'm in a hand with them and I have a pretty good hand myself. I think this works better with tighter players though, because with loose players, their range is so wide, you can't really be sure what part of it you are up against. Id appreciate any light on this you could shed.
