Default KK UTG in RR pots 150bb deep 200nl

I was going over this scenario with mcatdog and we got in a good discussion over which would be the best way to maximize value from when he has QQ or AK given our hand. I wonder what others think. Opponent is 26/17 through 300 hands and we have no history.

why no 4bet pre this deep? Surely we lay him decent odds to see a flop this deep by manipulating raise size?

becuase he's 3betting an utg raise, there's no history and we're deep... 4betting seems a bit suicidal

why is it suicidal when villain will play his hand face up?
Its not like its 2/4 vs some 2p2er on the 4th level etc

well are you planning on foding to a 5bet? I dont know how often he is calling our 4bet and he's possibly only stacking off with KK+ so we could be screwing ourselves or turing kings into a bluff. Eithre way calling seems better,
