    Default couple of hands-100nl

Villain in this hand is a very agro semi reg running 26/23/5 with a 12% 3 bet over 550 hands. I realise my hand is the nuts here but im wondering whats the best line to get max value, I feel I lost value as I didnt properly take into account villains tendencies and played the hand as I would against a far nittier oppenent.

So would the best line be to 4 bet pre to $22-$25ish/get it in, or to flat his 3 bet and raise his c bet to $34ish, I prefer the latter line as I feel he'll shove very lightly, thoughts?

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    UTG ($100)
    MP ($100)
    Hero (CO) ($136.55)
    Button ($107.25)
    BB ($144.50)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q, Q
1 fold, Hero raises to $3, 2 folds, BB raises to $10, Hero calls $7

    Flop: ($20.50) 10, 6, 9 (2 players)
BB bets $16, Hero calls $16

    Turn: ($52.50) 8 (2 players)
    BB checks, Hero checks

    River: ($52.50) J (2 players)
    BB checks, Hero bets $33,

villain in this hand is basically unknown, playing 33/22/2 over 20 hands, but seems donkish from what i've seen. My question is about my river bet sizing, when he checks to me I have the best hand nearly everytime and due to his CS characteristics I'm wondering whether a large almost pot, or even an over bet would be good here rather than a standard $30 bet, all the draws missed and the likelihood he'll look me up with a worse ace or even kk-1010 is high thinking my bet looks bluffy, thoughts?

    BB ($125.05)
    villain (UTG) ($101.50)
    Hero (MP) ($155.75)
    CO ($200.10)
    Button ($137.65)
    SB ($100.50)

Preflop: Hero is MP with J, A
villain raises to $3.50, Hero calls $3.50, 4 folds

    Flop: ($8.50) A, 8, 4 (2 players)
villain bets $6, Hero calls $6

    Turn: ($20.50) 4 (2 players)
villain bets $16, Hero calls $16

    River: ($52.50) 3 (2 players)
villain checks, Hero bets how much?

Lastly, just need to be reassured that I played this well and that it's standard. UTG raiser is 15/13/2, MP who raises me all in on turn is 15/12/1, turn shove was almost instant.

    Hand 1

It says UTG 3 bet you? I'm sure opp is one of the blinds surely?
If it is then yeah QQ would be in my stack off range & I would 4bet get it in. If I want to be tricky raising the flop is fine to.

    Hand 2.

I think the std bet sizing is fine. His stats are over a small sample and he could just as easily have AQ/AK and be trying to induce a bluff from a missed draw on the river.

    Hand 3.
Yeah that sucks. Given his low af yeah I prolly fold to.
Currently thinking of a new quote/signature... Some sort of prayer to the Poker gods for enlightment etc..

Hand 1: Bet the turn, be happy to get it in. (re)raising pre-flop is probably ideal.
Hand 2: $25 on the river
    Hand 3: Fold, Ni Han

    1) 4 bet and get it in QQ is much harder to play than AA or KK. plus you don't have blockers.

    2) I guess he could c/c AQ here but I'd definitely still bet. Especially with all the draws missing those are great hands to rep here. I'd bet 36-40, you want it to look like a bluff not a value bet.

    3) That sucks but yeah you have to fold.

Does anybody ever check back the river in hand 2?

    1. Let me get this straight. He limp/re-raised you? I don't think QQ is the nuts at all. I don't mind this line.
    2. I value town him with $25 here.
    3. His insta-push is meant to look bluffy and Nits don't semi-bluff the turn. He obviously did not have to think about his actions and pre-determined them. Me thinks a set. Good fold.

Hand 1: The converter is messed up and lists the BB as UTG. But anyway, I would definitely 4-bet this vs this opponent.

    Hand 2: $25 on riv

Hand 3: Sucks but the flop was 4-ways so it's a fold.

I would vs certain opponents (huge nits that I know would only call me with hands I beat and would check the river with AK or AQ), but vs this opponent, no.

I agree with WildBob. I'm sure with AtotheC101's aggro image he chks this bhd a lot vs Tag regs that will give him a chance to hang himself with missed draws. I don't give this villain the ability to c/c this with any such intention. You're beating a lot more than beats you in a c/c situation here on the river.

Hand 1 calling or 4betting are both fine. Calling is obv better if hes going to cbet like a monkey or fire multiple barrells, but i think as played you need to raise the flop. Your going to get action from worse because the board is so draw heavy.

hand 2 i vbet the river for $30-35

    hand 3 is played fine.
eeevees are not monies yet...they are like baby monies.

"hands I beat" = hands that beat me obv

Yeah the converter messed up, in hand 1 it is the BB that 3 bet me pre, not utg at all.
"This sure beats Super Mario Bros.!" is my ejaculation catch phrase.
