OESD + weak TP on turn

I don't know what I was snorting when I decided to shove over. Given that UTG+1 will raise BB with TPGK, FD/lightly because BB was especially laggy on the turn (200 hands), its still such an embarrassing overbet. I'm not sure how good a call is here, but I know that I can stack villian when I hit the river.

I was just a really really dumb play, and I wont do it again.

I'm trying to open up my LP range, so I figured that hands like these will have potential in loose games. I've read Renton's Strategy guide several times, and i'm trying to use it. It says:

"Button (last to act)- The button is obviously where your hand range should be at its widest. You should be playing 2 to 3 times as many hands from the button than from under the gun. If the pot is limped to you, limp behind with any hand with potential: 43s+, 54o+, 64s+, 97o+, 85s+, all suited aces, all suited kings. Your raise-calling range, raising range, and reraising range should be similar to LP and MP. "

I know that I'm not on the button, so I'm still "wrong" for limping behind, but not too far out in the CO.

Are you limping this on the button?

he's pretty tight i think.
your implied odds are not good unless villains are fish, everyone will see that only a 7 is needed to complete the straight and that there is no reason for you not to have it. Also you don't know if the bettor will 3bet so fold turn.
Shoving is bad, you're in a limped pot against a guy who check/called flop then led turn, and another guy who decided to raise him. You have no fold equity.

I wouldn't think so. I recently added this into my range, especially if they are call stations with less than top pair.
