    Default Position Stats Question

Was looking at a friend's pokertracker3 positional stats the other day and was trying to decide if he has a leak under/overplaying his small and big blinds.

Conventional wisdom says that you will tend to lose money over time from both the SB and BB, but:

    1) how much should you be losing from either position?
    2) what ratio of SB loss to BB losses is correct?

My friend is losing roughly 2/3's of the amount of money in the SB as he is in the BB. He says that the SB amount should be roughly half of the BB amount, but figures the 2/3 ratio is due to the fact that he more frequently gets to see a free flop in the BB, and therefore the losses here shouldn't be twice as much as the SB.

    3) will the answers to (1) and (2), above, change for limit vs NL cash games?

In the batter's box. Already 0-1 count....
Appears he's trying to limp in from the SB far to often. You may want to look at his stats at flops seen from each position. With just the information you have given. I would say he is trying to limp in from the small blind way to much.

Careful what you wish for.....you just may get it!
