    Default KK 50nl

Thinking about some of the big PP in blinds hands I've posted recently, I thought I'd post this one for comment:

I only have 50 hands on villain but he seems Taggish (24/14).

    No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    CO ($47.50)
    Button ($68.20)
    SB ($56.40)
    Hero (BB) ($66.31)
    UTG ($214.60)
    MP ($50)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K, K
2 folds, CO bets $1.75, 2 folds, Hero raises $6, CO calls $4.75

    Flop: ($13.25) 8, 9, 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $7, CO raises $21, Hero raises $52.81 (All-In)

Looks like I got lazy with my 3-bet sizing, other than that thoughts on flop?

Everything looks fine. I might rather make my flop cbet bigger and shove the turn for pot though. The smallish cbets in RR pots lose some of their value versus tighter players who never spazz so going bigger is often better.

I thought so, but then figured I'd check to be sure since some hands I thought were standard obviously werent.

Hmm, I generally use just over 1/2 psb cbets in 3-bet pots all the time. Not worth being consistant there v's a tighter player I dont have history with?

your pair is over the cards on the board
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

I just mashed the 'bet pot' button. Normally OOP I raise to 4x, so more like $7. Small difference, but cuts down on implied odds for set hunting.

They're making a rather large mistake either way if they go looking for sets and keeping the pot a touch smaller makes it easier to make them mistakes with the rest of their range.
