    Default 600nl... value jam river?

Villian is someone who I have a lot of experience with.. generally plays fairly straight forward but plays small pot poker more than most any reg Ive played with. He gets outta line from time to time but nothing crazy....I like to mess around with him by 3betting all sorts of different sizes vs him in position and he again plays pretty straight forward to them

Whether or not you can bet here for value has a lot to do with how he views you which you didn't really elaborate on. Betting seems kinda thin without a better idea of your dynamic and gameflow. I haven't played with him a whole lot but I haven't gotten a big station vibe out of him.

I agree with meeloche that this definitely has a lot to do with how he views you, or what kind of hero caller he is.

I think he definitely gets to the river with hands like QJ/AQ sometimes, and possibly even KJ. If he's the type to look up shoves lighter, then I think a shove could be good here sometimes.

If he's the type that calls down flop/turns to fold rivers, it could be thin though, since he prob shows up with KQ a fair amount. This might be a style thing but I bet smaller/half potish here sometimes since I think QJ/AQ will convince themselves of a 'pot odds/draws missed' call here a fair amount.

Not too sure if I like the turn bet, because this turn card puts more draws out there but doesn't hit anything that wasn't made already I don't really see many hands that can call the flop but fold on this turn. Plus if you check back the turn there's still loads of cards you can bluff on the river and have decent FE.

As played I probably just check this one back.

flattin ur 4bets, makin u tilt
At first I thought shoving here would be more of a bluff than a value bet but meh, redargoe prob doesnt fold two pairs very often, and he would not expect you to shove Kx for value. There arent a lot of hands that you can be bluffing with in your perceived range though so I would just show it down.

edit: oops this is tsifknits. i still check back blah blah
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

Based on my experience with this guy it'd be a good bluff if you missed but just check now.

it all depends on history... since you say he's pretty straight forward do you think he's capable of putting you on axdd or something that whiffed and goign for the rape-call with QJ?
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

if he folded to 3-bets a ton i would tend to not 3-bet him in this spot.
