Default 100NL,Whats wrong with my bet sizing?

MY AK ran into tough spots. Is there anything wrong with my 3 bet and c-bet sizing? Do you insta c-bet with your missed AK in these situations?

First hand I would make it 11.5 and bet 3/4 instead of 2/3 on the flop - like... hey der... I makes you pay for your draw with my solid hand.
c/r on the turn would be kind of sexy, but I try to stay away from these lines atm, and just c/f like a nit.

Second I would bet a little more on the flop and fold to the raise. If this was co vs button, I might consider something, but I think he has a set or a stupid QQ-AA here a lot.

It's really hard for me not to float there with all the HU I played lately, where I could sometimes just call down with AK high there and expect to be good, but once I stopped defending too much at FR I'm doing much better.
