    Default Fish bluffed me?

This fish was doing stuff like min raising KK, calling all-in on the turn with TPGK and PF flat calling everything. I raised with the intention of everyone folding and him flatting my PFR. I couldn't see him having a hand that was much better than mine, but I couldn't call with air like that. And as I'm typing this I folded KQo.

    Hero (MP3) ($11.72)
    CO ($3)
    Button ($2.28)
    SB ($6.40)
    BB ($10.45)
    UTG ($3.66)
    UTG+1 ($1.95)
    MP1 ($5.13)
    MP2 ($6.41)

    Preflop: Hero is MP3 with K, Q
    UTG calls $0.05, 2 folds, MP2 calls $0.05, Hero bets $0.35, 5 folds, MP2 calls $0.30

    Flop: ($0.87) 2, 5, 8 (2 players)
    MP2 bets $0.20, Hero raises to $0.80, MP2 calls $0.60

    Turn: ($2.47) 7 (2 players)
    MP2 checks, Hero bets $1.50, MP2 raises to $5.26 (All-In), Hero folds

    Total pot: $5.47 | Rake: $0.25

If I bet as a bluff, I should be thinking "am I getting better hands to fold? Is it likely that he will fold x% of the time to a y sized bet to make it +EV?". If I bet for value, I should be thinking "am I getting worst hands to call? Am I ahead of enough of his range that this is a good value bet?".

Probably not +EV trying to bluff a calling station. I can't see you calling the turn C/R AI here with air. Next time take him to value town with a solid hand.

double barrelling with air is not profitable at $5nl imo, and I say he has you crushed.

Good fold without more of a read. You want SOME value to look up what's a pretty obvious bluff. Like TT. Calling with 66 would be absolutely sick. Oh, well, find some value and stack him next time.

Canada; the country all tucked away down there...
You said part of your reads is that he was calling all ins and flatting. The fact that he has changed gears and is pushing rather than just calling tells me your KQ is probably no good here.

Fish love the overshove bluff, fwiw. Still, it's a fold. Get a read. Get a stack.

I'd never think a smallbet/call flop then c/r turn line is a bluff unless I had a solid read. His range is all over the place preflop so flop can hit it and when he calls your raise he has something and the 7 helped his range a ton. We can't really represent much vs. fish a lot of the times so it's usually better just to play your hand and go for value unless we have a huge read he'll put a lot of money in and fold.

since he's calling pf with anything wouldn't it be better to check behind the turn since he could well have hit a part of this flop with his range so wide and hope to hit your K or Q on the river?

I don't care, he could have 66 and still be crushing you
