Default 10NL BVB Defending against an overbettor

I was only at the table 17 hands total, these were the only two I played against villain, so minimal reads.

First hand I felt I was ahead enough to call down and was suspicious of the overbet.

    No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    saw flop | saw showdown

    UTG ($38.05)
    MP ($10)
    CO ($15)
    Button ($9.80)
    SB ($24.30)
    Hero (BB) ($10)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J, 9
4 folds, SB bets $0.25, Hero calls $0.20

    Flop: ($0.60) 7, K, 9 (2 players)
SB bets $0.40, Hero calls $0.40

    Turn: ($1.40) K (2 players)
SB bets $0.50, Hero calls $0.50

    River: ($2.40) J (2 players)
SB bets $3.30, Hero calls $3.30

    Total pot: $9

    Results:
SB had 7, Q (two pair, Kings and sevens).
Hero had J, 9 (two pair, Kings and Jacks).
    Outcome: Hero won $8.60

Second hand knowing that villain has been caught overbet bluffing once, are we good enough to call here? The original plan was to float after he lead out with the tiny flop bet.

    Flop: ($4.40) 2, 9, J (2 players)

Why would we call on hand 2, isn't an overbet shove usually a sign of strength? I know he overbet bluffed in hand #1, but isn't that different from a shove?

well it all depends on whether he always has aces in this spot or if he would mess around with another hand other than AA and min4b pre

Where would you fold hand 1?, i expect Kx would bet for value and protect more against the flush draw on the turn, the overbet looked like he wanted me to go away.
