Default 45o in BB flops trips

This felt like a really gross fold. Villain is 47/0 over 19 hands

How was the fold? If he bets pot are we calling? What about 2/3rds?

I'd bet $8 on river. As soon as he overpots I'm folding since fish + overbets = nuts.

bet/fold river please, $8.5 is good.
"This sure beats Super Mario Bros.!" is my ejaculation catch phrase.

I have no idea why you check the river.
The strengh of a hero is defined by the weakness of his villains.

You've controlled the pot on the flop and turn, so why the river check? I'd throw out another bet here. Villain has cold-called 2 streets so calling a 3rd bet on the river, whether it's a blocking bet or not, is not out of the realm for him. Checking the river just looks live you've given up on a blind war.

    c/f river

what is with everyone's fascination with betting these flush cards lately, seems like every thread I open we're betting some semi-strong made hand when an obvious flush draw comes in. I see zero value in betting the river.

Also, I don't mind trying to c/r flop but I'd rather just lead b/c I'll be donking air with a decent frequency on these board textures.

I think blocking river is better because he has lots of hands that will still call

so if we make it $4 he will not fold a T or a K or a pocket pair
and we're snapfolding to a minraise

Because he's a shortstack, he open limped from the button, and he has 47% vpip.
He's limping ~1326 combos there, and will continue with a shitload of crap that is not a flushdraw. There is no way in hell that most of his range has you beat on the river.

Exactly what I was thinking. And as someone else said, snapfold to a minraise.

    Default reraise flop

As this hand lies it seems to me that the other blind spike a 10 on the flop and a flush draw/2p on the turn. Possibly a pocket pair (based on his passive play style).

What do you guys feel about reraise to 6 on the flop?
