Multiple threat detection?

    Default Multiple threat detection?

    opened ftr today and AVG popped up with a message saying "multiple threat detection".

    file named www.flopturnriver.com/

    infection: "exploit link to known exploit site (type 663)

    searched avg dictionary and couldnt find more information. suggestions?

    It means FTR may be infected with something. fwiw, my Comodo detects nothing. What browser are you using?

    Looks like an IE threat (only option at work). mine opened a tiny blank adobe acrobat file in the background. I've seen this happen before with a bad advertisement on another site trying to exploit a patched weakness in Acrobat. If you have the latest version of Acrobat, you should be fine, otherwise, it's a PITA to remove it..
