Default Two ridic preflop spots from 200nl

Villain here is 18/16(6% 3bet) over 900 hands. We have no history at all pre or postflop. Opener is another TAG reg. Note stacks...Perhaps this is a standard fold but I feel like he's often using implied threat here.

Villain here is The King who runs 16/12 and has a severe case of reg war syndrome. His ship here was instant...there was no thought about calling/folding here it was just shipped.

1 - I just sigh and fold. If he's good enough to cold 4bet bluff wide here then good for him, but without further reads or 3betting warz history then can't see getting it in to be profitably here. I don't really think we can call in this spot either because we have exactly what he thinks we have so he can play perfectly.

    2 - Wow.

We're calling $184 to win $459 so we'd need 40% equity. vs. a range of QQ+/AK+ we have 42% equity, which I think is probably fairly accurate. Although he may sometimes fold QQ he will also just call with AA in this spot sometimes I think..

The problem is I haven't factored in the possibility of any other players calling (which would almost always be with KK+ unless they suck), so this is very very close.

1 is a fold with no history
2 is a fold if he's not even thinking

    hand 1 is a fold because we're 150BB deep
hand 2 is possibly a call
the question is about the timing, if he has AA, does he ever think about flatting here?

    hand 1 fold

hand 2, I lean more toward call if utg is a fishy, and if mp2 opens wide and iso raises often.
