Default I almost never do this but...

10-20, game is 3-handed. No relevant history, all I know is that villain is a good tagg capable of turning made hands into big bluffs (he s the same villain from Rav's "nitroll" thread from a few days ago).

Eff stacks 2k, I open from SB, villain flats from BB. He hasn't 3 bet me yet over about 40 hands 3 handed with a fish.

    Flop (135$) is

    I check, villain bets 110, I call.

    Turn (350$) is

I check, villain bets 260. I tank and call.

    River (870i$sh)is

    Board now reads

I check pretty quickly and villain insta-fires 700$...

Fwiw I think if I call turn I should probably call riv but this is one of the first hands in a while where I felt pretty lost on all streets.

    Help.
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

I think if you bet turn and he called and then you checked river, he'd be more likely to bluff.

I think after you c/c flop and then c/c this particular turn,he probably expects you to have either two pair or straights very often. Hands like 46, 56, 67 etc are definitely in your flop c/c range. I don't think he's bluffing here.

I would never check call this flop unless i thought opp was going to 3barrel like all his air, which doesnt seem like the case.
