vulnerable overpair vs fish

Villain is a fish running 54/22/3 he has raised cbets 35% of the time over 100 hands that I've played with him. He has 3 bet 3% of the time. We haven't played any big pots, don't really have any relevant history and he had his stack before I sat down.

His timing wasn't insta but he didn't take either. Probably 3 or 4 clicks before flop and turn and maybe 6 or 7 before river shove.

I only need 35% ish to call so please keep that in mind before you say fold.

I just remembered a hand we played earlier where he c/c flopped quads and lead the river smallish after turn was checked through.

If he had sized the turn bigger, I'd def fold the turn. After his sizing now, it's meh ok but I'd def fold river.

His 3bet is super low and he's a donk. He can show up with way too many overpairs here that limp called pre.

He can, but a 50/2 donk seems waaaaaaaay more likely to limp/call a big pair than a 50/20 donk is...I feel like they'll be coming in raising most of the time.

if I'm calling flop, definitely calling that turn given sizing

however on river definitely folding, usually a small/medium bet followed by a big bet by a fish is usually the goods

why arent you folding the turn?

I don't think this guy is the typical loose passive stars fish who I would snap fold the turn against. Also this turn is a blocker to one of the sets on the board and I think he can sometimes have a9 here which would likely bet this size.
