Default Rush Poker hand vs 20 Buck Spin

Never played a single hand vs buck before.

My plan is to call if he shoves and shove any river myself when called and checked to. Thoughts? Not interested in preflop.

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    SB ($100)
    BB ($96.95)
    UTG ($283.30)
    MP ($306.10)
    Hero (CO) ($118.10)
    Button ($118.30)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q, J
1 fold, MP bets $3, Hero calls $3, 3 folds

    Flop: ($7.50) J, 2, 10 (2 players)
MP bets $6, Hero calls $6

    Turn: ($19.50) 5 (2 players)
MP bets $15, Hero raises to $30...

Would you use the same reasoning if both of you guys were playing normal stakes?

    I'd just call turn...

Probably not, but I thought this was a good opportunity for some experimentation. I don't think I can call the turn profitably, but I might induce a shove from overs with Ah. I also think if he has me beat with some big Xh, then he will usually call here and at least fairly often c/f river, probably often enough.

This seems very fishy, and I'd say your reasoning for postflop clearly shows a need to "make up" for your preflop mistake.

Sad to see nothing insightful from you. I'm perfectly happy with preflop considering buck was playing 58% vpip spewmonkey. Add to that position and the fact that I have a clue about his game but he doesn't have a clue about mine and I'll call here every single time.

very interesting, its kind of cool vs buck with you being a random unknown playing 100$ poker, but even though he is a spewstation i think you need to fold to an ALL IN
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

Thanks. I had the feeling he would autoshove all combos of AK/AQ/KQ with a single heart, which I would think comprise a significant part of his range. At least his shoving range needs to be very polarized because he doesn't know me. He most certainly can't expect that I'm planning to snap a shove with top pair here.

    I'm sorry I made you sad : [

I just think that if you are calling preflop because you think you dominate him so much that you should just raise the flop looking to get all the money in. I think waiting for a turn card that brings a flush to minraise him just gets yourself in situations where you end up calling it off drawing dead. I'd rather call flop call turn call river if I thought he was gonna barrel. Either way, I still think your play should be made on the flop given your preflop read.

He should assume all 100nl players are nitty and that u just have the nuts like every time you make this play IMO.

What the hell are you talking about? I am COUNTING on him to think precisely like this. I'm not shoving river for value, do you think I'm stupid?

One of us must be misunderstanding the other. I thought you said you were making this turn play for value intending to call it off?

All I said was that I thought you should have made the raise on the flop instead, since he probably will fold all worse and call/shove almost everything that's better.

Maybe I'm being retarded and missed something very obvious here? I definitely don't think you're stupid.

No, it's a bluff. The plan is to let him shove his combos and get him to fold his better made hands (and of course his wide range of air, so I'm also protecting my hand vs those hands).

Putting 120BB in on the flop without any dynamic would be suicide.

Sounds like we have some differences in the ways we look at the game from a fundamental standpoint.

If my call preflop is for value (meaning like I think I have the best hand more often than not and I will dominate him a ton), I wouldn't be slowplaying this flop, which is essentially what flatting the flop is based on the way I view the situation.

I wouldn't be raising with the intention to 4bet all in if I get 3bet I'd definitely flat and then use my position assuming that I induced from a bunch of draws.

I kinda like it..only because buck plays at least 10x higher then this and I doubt he's taking this seriously. Without a dynamic as strange as this, it definitely would be a little too fancy and would have to work way too often to be good.
