100NL: Trips facing weird c/r on river.

Villain is 23/20 and seems to be a reg on a few of my tables. I haven't played with him before though since I've only recently moved up. Discussed this hand a bit in IRC and it seems like it's maybe a little outlandish to credit a random 100NL reg with the ability to turn a made hand into a bluff here. If he's c/r the river instead of just betting as a bluff then he probably has some sort of sd value vs my checking back range if he's ever bluffing here right? So we can discount some busto fd combos. So basically I'm looking at AJ and boats a ton and should find a fold here? Thoughts?

c/c, c/c, crai looks like a bluffy line unless he's slow playing a flopped set, or he rivered a boat. Seems like a lot of credit to give someone on this line where essentially he could be trying to rep a J and bluff you off QQ+. I call it.

Pretty gross spot but I think you can find a fold here. His c/r seems to be more for value than as a bluff and he has to know there are a lot of jacks in your range for betting three streets here. He probably doesn't expect you to fold very often either given the price your getting.
