Default Top set - turn decision vs loose BB 50NL

Villain is 63/13 over 100 hands and has c/r'd 13 times over this sample.

Would appreciate thoughts on flop sizings and turn plan. Looking back I think I could have c-bet slightly larger and my flop 3B should be larger.

    No hindsight for the blind.
bet/call $16, shove blank rivers when he flats

If he double c/r'es we're gonna be drawing to the boat alot of the time, but he's gonna flat pair+heart and 2p/sets that we want value from.
