Default What's up with this up down cycle (rant)

I reformatted a couple months ago so this is only since August, but this cycle started happening since January. I slowly build up over a week or so then lose 6 buy ins in an hour or less. Yes I got aggressive in some spots, and ended up getting it in vs a better hand, but that wasn't the only hand in villains range, just got unlucky they showed up at the top of their range. Then when I get it in good, it ends poorly for me. I know thats poker, but 8 in succession? Here are the hands with pots over 100bb in chronological order in the last downswing. I don't expect feedback on them, I know I posted too many of them. I know there isn't much of a point to this post, maybe I need a blog or just a hug...

Am I the only one this happens to? Do I just suck? What do you guys do to keep your head straight when experiencing unfavorable results?

In no limit hold em, bad players breakeven, this breakeveness is accompanied by up swings and downswings. This would explain your graph.

if you turn the graph 90° and imagine it was 3D, the green line could represent a spiral staircase around a central pillar of the black line (currently x-axis)

    Oh BAM!
"You start the game with a full pot o’ luck and an empty pot o’ experience...
The object is to fill the pot of experience before you empty the pot of luck."

    A) enter villain range into poker stove and calculate equity
    B) calculate pot odds
    C) call if A > B
