50NL - QQ in 4Bet Pot Against Passive Fish

So there doesn't seem to be a lot of running threads in SHNL as of now...probably a perfect time to fill in with bad play that better regs can correct.

Anywho, I posted my read on villain(s) below.

CO ($150.17) - an ULTRA-PASSIVE 51/26 that has never 4bet until now (he has never 3bet either). he cbets around 18% of the time and has folded to cbets 50% of the time.
BTN ($25.68) - 48/10 who seems to be quite a station post-flop and only bets when he has some type of hand.
Hero ($90.15)
BB ($27.50)

Pre-Flop: ($0.75, 6 players) Hero is SB
2 folds, CO raises to $1.50, BTN calls $1.50, Hero raises to $7, 1 fold, CO raises to $12.50, BTN folds, $5.5 to Hero ($83.15)?

This is an auto-3bet, but my sizing here is pretty horrible. I could have made it about $9 to get more value out of the stationy fish, especially since I'm deep with the PFR.

The passive fish 4bets me with what I would perceive as a very tight range. I don't think I can profitably get it in AIPF. I pretty much make the decision to set-mine with queens here (I'm going to ruin the surprise and tell you all I called here).

Thoughts so far? I think it's a pretty standard call...but my question is more about our post-flop plan. Are we looking to set-mine here? What is our course of action on a flop full of low cards?

by the logic that would have us flat and setmine instead of jamming (ie villain's range is quite strong, probably KK+) i guess we flat and check/fold any non-setted flop?

also, i agree with your comments about 3bet size. especially out of position against a 51/26 opener and a 48/10 who probably come in for the lol pot odds, i like it bigger.

Preflop is totally standard and is defo a call. We just need to be set mining/evaluating the flop. It's pretty easy to tell when a passive tard like this has KK+ since he'll be hammering postflop, and gay betting or showing signs of not wanting to get loads of money into the pot when he doesn't. My plan would be to c/f to decent sized c bets given how passive he is on all non Q boards, and to peel gay bets etc. Basically, It's mainly a set mine, but there'll be some times when we chave the best hand postflop and be able to distinguish these from when we don't based on his line.

Anywho, I'm again leaning towards a check/fold here. Since the fish has a history of not liking to bet, I assume he's checking his huge hands here (AA-KK, AK). Also, JJ folds here the majority of the time. I'm gonna assume check is super standard here as well? If so, yawn again and I'll get to the river.
