Villain is a 28/19 over 87 hands. This is the first time over these 87 hands I've seen him 3bet. He's cbet in 4/4 opportunities. I've been abusing his blinds both from the button and from the small blind.

Pre-Flop: ($0.75, 6 players) Hero is SB
4 folds, Hero raises to $1.50, BB raises to $4.50, Hero calls $3

Flop: ($9, 2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $5.50, $5.5 to Hero ($46.55)?

Theoretically, a raise would be bad because he doesn't call with worse or fold better, correct? It does look good if I call his 3bet here and raise his cbet as he probably wouldn't be 3betting me lightly after this hand. I've no idea about any of his turn/river tendencies. Being OOP, I would personally find it difficult to simply c/c here and play the turn (not knowing if he'll two/three-barrel me light here).
