I was just about to type "funny, you replace Santa with Jesus, and everything you say is still true!" but decided to check his religious view point first, and it says ... "follows Jesus". Sigh... So I decide to post here insetad.

What I find endlessly amusing is how many religous faiths (usually Christians) get on their high horse and seemingly offended at stuff that isn't true.

Most Christian faiths spat the dummy at the first few Harry Potter films. Laughable.

"Spat the dummy" sounds like a funny british term I would like to assimilate into my own vocabulary. What does it mean though?

It means throwing a childish tantrum, very closely related to "throwing your toys out of the pram"
