Sorry for posting this here, I was just hoping for an explanation that didn't result in "SB is retarded" Which is my only thought process.

    Also: 5s5d is Airic1400
    and: AhAs is soso8088
    if that helps.
The Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias in which unskilled individuals suffer from illusory superiority, mistakenly rating their ability much higher than average. This bias is attributed to a metacognitive inability of the unskilled to recognize their mistakes

I'd imagine its probably something like "damn there's still value on this turn card, but prob not two streets so I'll check river if he calls turn and re-eval. Damn flush on board, but I guess I still might not get called by worse so I'll pot control and get to showdown. Damn.. he shoves.. this doesn't make sense. Maybe he'd only shove Kc and he doesn't have many of those. Damn..he reps narrow.. I guess I gotta call now, he could be taking me off a chop"

Why don't we think UTG has a good club?

I'd rather c/f here if I'm SB, I think his play is bad unless he has some read on his opponent.

Turn seems odd, I think check/calling is better.

Yeah I agree with all this. Not too much to say about the hand without more info about the players. Just saying that c/c river is the worst possible play on that street and I don't think any competent player would choose that line.

Yeah p4s is just saying "If SB is putting UTG on a hand with no club he should've shoved river."

Soso is a pretty terrible player, so this hand doesn't really surprise me.

Betting the turn was the optimal play...
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

Can you elaborate more? Is it because this is one of our better semi bluff hands on the turn and we can expect our opponent to bluff in his position fairly optimally?
