Default Bet river for Value? how much?

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    MP ($110.40)
    Hero (CO) ($50.05)
    Button ($65)
    SB ($79.25)
    BB ($27.95)
    UTG ($50.25)

Preflop: Hero is CO with ,
UTG bets $1.75, 1 fold, Hero raises to $6.50, 3 folds, UTG calls $4.75

    Flop: ($13.75) , , (2 players)
    UTG checks, Hero checks

    Turn: ($13.75) , (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $5.50, UTG calls $5.50

    River: ($24.75) , (2 players)
    UTG checks, Hero checks

    Total pot: $24.75 | Rake: $1.20

Obviously, I don't have the nuts here but I think I should have bet for value. It has to be a bet/fold because as he played it, he could have KJs,JJ,TT,99, KTs, KK even though these are highly improbably statistically, all are in his range for a 3bet call OOP UTG. Should I have bet/fold the river and how much? Thanks

I would check as well, you'r not getting too many calls here from weaker stuff than a straight. This is a good spot to take advantage of your better position imo.

i dunno what you are hoping will call you. AA, AK probably aren't even calling.

umm really? I'm pretty sure after the flop ck these hands are def calling.

I just think the majority of hands that will call will be hands that beat yours (well over 50%)

I'd just check it back without some solid dynamic.

My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

Lol. You make me feel like such a pussy sometimes.

If this was anything but UTG opened pot I'd play. Reads would be cool too.

People make bad calls all the time......while i'd be mildly worried about AQ I think this is a pretty easy bet.
    Family Cruise IMO

Ok I am now gonna spend 5 mins looking at HH's before responding.

Every hand I seem to be misreading lately. Completely missing that QQ is a straight on this board.

In which case, I take back my previous comment about AA/AK always calling, though I don't think we'll see that many AA anyhow.

I'd bet $17 on this river, but wouldn't be that surprised if I'm called/shoved on and am beat by JJ or AQ sometimes.
