Default So he's repping the nuts

Idk what's the best play on the turn here. Villain is a higher stakes reg, 27/20/2.4, not too positionally aware/splashy preflop. Again not much history.

My perceived range here is prob QT, FD, KT, 8T, Jx, 2pr. How do I proceed 150bb deep here?

    Stacks:
    UTG ($1,340)
    CO ($1,473)
    BTN ($626)
    Alexos ($1,874)
    BB ($1,272)

    Pre-Flop: ($15, 5 players) Alexos is SB
UTG raises to $20, CO calls $20, 1 fold, Alexos calls $15, BB calls $10

    Flop: ($80, 4 players)
Alexos bets $60, 2 folds, CO calls $60

    Turn: ($200, 2 players)
Alexos bets $160, CO raises to $400, $240 to Alexos ($1634)?

Gonna add another hand so I don't start too many threads. 30/22/1.6, opens 16% utg, cbets 68%. I honestly have no idea wtf this is. I even have Th blocker to ThXh that would c/c flop. Fold cuz people don't bluff here, or call cuz he doesn't rep much?

    Turn: ($135, 2 players)

    River: ($335, 2 players)
UTG checks, Alexos bets $300, UTG goes all-in $804, $504 to Alexos ($582)?

    1) I'd fold? idk seems like its pretty easy for him to have the nuts and you're not in great shape if you are ahead as well imo.

    2) I'd call. His line makes zero sense imo.

    i d fold 1 pretty fast

i d flip a coin and don t think it matters that much, fact that his line makes zero sense means it s more likely he thinks you ll call. annoying if he is going for v thin value w JT but you have blockers to that. i m mainly worried about JJJ
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

    Hand 1
-I don't think a fold is unreasonable, but I do think that people capable of bluffs will go out of their way on bluffing cards that complete OESD on turns. I mean.. case in point.. he raises an obvious OESD turn card and somehow ppl are wanting to fold top two.

    Hand 2
-The only flush that would make the most sense to me here is AThh or Txhh and you block those. That being said, are people really gonna run a bluff with this line?

Hand 1: I'd fold, I don't think it's reasonable that he'd bluff here nor play anything worse this way.

Hand 2: I tend to always call here and always get shown the nuts but bad players do unexpected things (is his sn recognizable to you?). I'd probably still call here.

lol god poker is so sick. I read the responses but I'm still going to step out of line and say 1 seems way more of a call than 2. 2 seems like a snap fold unless villain is a sick human, your line is so strong and you played it the only way you could b/fold so now you have to.

I would never shove 1 because you're in position and he's going to shut down with even his 810/77s on so many scary rivers (board pairing/flush card) so I'd just call and fold some rivers/call some/bluff some

1- I called and called 4o river, he had Q8hh. Looking at this stove, call turn/call blank river really seems like the best play. I think I tend to fold in this spot too often putting people on the nuts.

    Board: 3h 9d Jd 7h

    Hand 0: 51.818% 51.82% 00.00% 228 0.00 { KhQh, KhTh, Kh9h, QhTh, Qh9h, Qh8h, T8s }
    Hand 1: 48.182% 48.18% 00.00% 212 0.00 { Jc9c }

I forgot to put in diamond draw combos as well, so yah, no more folding here vs anyone remotely aggro.

2- I folded. I like my big bet on river, as I feel like it's hard for him to call me anyways since I block T's. I guess for that reason a 1/3 pot bet and call shove are also viable options, but he was too passive for that. Any opinions on the sizing in these spots?

I like sizing in 2....unless you want to go b/call small like you said but this is better since people call more than they raise.

#2 river way too big imo.

Against a uncreative player hand 1 is surely a fold, against a high stakes reg its a lot closer.
