    Default Buy ins

When playing microstakes like .02/.05 on Pstars you can buy in up to 12.50 on the full ring games. But when you go to .05/.10 10.00 is the max buy in. What is the deal with this. Also i have alway read to buy in at the full amount, but could someone explain the logic as to why this is optimal. Thanks

If you're a winning player, buying in full is best because you cover everybody and can win the most. If you're not a winning player, it's reasonable to buy in for like 60 blinds or so, basically that takes out a street of betting and makes decisions a little easier.

gotigers, those are the deep tables at 5nl that let you buy in for that....theres deep tables at 10nl as well

Deep tables calls for more flop play and hand reading skills.Ranges are wider and drawing hands are stronger than one pair/2 pair hands.

I would suggest playing 100bb games before moving over to deep games.Try to have a good fundamental about preflop and flop play first.

The way you play does change past 100bb and most strategy you learn online applies to 100bb stacks so Like others have said, I'd stay out of the deep tables.

The bigger your postflop edge over your opponents the deeper you should play as long as you still have that edge super deep.
