 Post your weirdest places you've played poker (for money)
I had a surreal experience that a friend took me to. <- see where I live.
A friend tells me we're off to a big game, we get in the car & he pulls into the biggest brothel I think I've ever seen. I said, 'what's this? We're off to play poker not knock one out' - and he assures me it's a place of pure sin (I have no doubt).
I have no idea what to expect (from the poker side) and I walk into the place (hoping there are no hidden cameras from my wife's private eye) and we go through the kitchen, up a flight of stairs and into a full on casino with hundreds if not a thousand people. Probably 15 or so blackjack tables alone.
There were 3 poker tables in a private room & off we went to play for the evening.
In hindsight, I should have taken the 'bath' option. Cheaper & I'd still have been f^%$ked just that I'd have enjoyed it more!
How about you guys? Any random places?
