I have QQ on a nasty board

1/2NL in my local card room. The table is generally loose passive with one or two reckless gamblers.Villain here is an unknown guy in his mid-40s but seems semi-loose aggressive post. I already see him overvalue weak TP hands in a few spots.Villian has around $400 and hero has $330.
preflop: hero from UTG raises to $15 with Q Q, villian quickly calls from UTG1,CO calls, BT calls.

hero bets $40,villian smooth calls,everyone else folds

hero has awkward stack size of $275 behind and hates life here
his range includes 44-JJ,Axs,Kxs,89s,T9s,67s,64s,etc.
