    Default Public Humiliation

Basically I'm posting this to punish myself because I can't believe how retarded I am. This is easily the biggest mistake I've ever made playing poker and brings up a lot of my mental game leaks.

    PokerStars - $0.50 PL (9 max) - Holdem - 8 players

    SB: $56.20 ----- 13/11 (53 hands)
    BB: $40.00
    UTG: $72.05
    UTG+1: $20.70
    MP: $53.45
    MP+1: $56.90
    CO: $75.50
    Hero (BTN): $53.80

SB posts SB $0.25, BB posts BB $0.50

    Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero has 7 8

fold, UTG+1 calls $0.50, fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to $2.00, SB calls $1.75, BB calls $1.50, UTG+1 calls $1.50

    Flop: ($8.00, 4 players) K K 5
SB checks, BB checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero bets $4.50, SB calls $4.50, fold, fold

    Turn: ($17.00, 2 players) 6
SB bets $9.50, Hero calls $9.50

I feel like his range is pretty much face up {66-55,AKs,AhQh,AhJh,KJs+,AKo,KQo} which we have 22.55% against we need 26.39% raw equity to call. I feel like if a 4 or 9 falls we have great implied odds if a heart falls I think we are still getting paid some of the time or at least he calls small bet if he checks to us.

    River: ($36.00, 2 players) 9
SB bets $14.50, Hero raises to $37.80 and is all-in, SB calls $23.30

I took second here to think if i can valuebet vs his range of {66-55,AKs,AhQh,AhJh,KJs+,AKo,KQo} 69.23% equity so I did.

    villain shows: J K Gin!

The pot starts shipping towards the villain and I'm like wtf??! look back at the board and the river is the 6

Couldn't believe it, I felt sick to my stomach. I had a full day of uni like 730-5 out of the house, got a coffee come home feeling alright started grinding. This pretty much makes me never want to play after a long day. I think I have some tilt problems with relative hand strength when I'm tired, angry or frustrated, "I haz cowboys preflopz i cannot foldz now" I think I might try play some sessions and make myself wait 10 seconds before every time i make a post flop decision or something. Anyway please flame away

alright my fee is 2 cheezbugers per hour. lol I'm pretty sure you know what I mean, I shoved with 0% equity vs his range, can't say I've done that before. I don't see how you took it as a "I think good at teh pokerz" type post... obvious I suck, but whatever.

Never had that problem with A7o, A4 though every time (although I still haven't mistakenly shoved with them yet). A4o is always a classic ! ... oh moment for me.

    notes on chatzilla .
Shoves river on a 2 paired board that completes a flush, when his straight comes in. looks surprised when loses pot.

I feel its a mistake that everyone comforts you. I would gather your tears of sadness into a vial and sprinkle them all over my chips every time I win a pot from you because you made such a donkish mistake. I mean, this is worse than that one time on some big tournament when Phil Ivey didn't figure out he has a flush and he folded a hand. And you know how bad of a player you are if you can't figure you have a flush, yes?

Meh I fucked up last night, I made a $4 river value bet with the "nuts" only for the pot to go his way... wft? Oh he hit runner fucking flush with his bottom pair, didn't even notice the flush was there. Jesus. Still, I had the last laugh, he flat called me, leaving me nearly $4 behind, with the K-high flush (2nd nuts obv) after I was betting each street hard. I had top set queens. HHHHAAAAAHAHahahahaHAHAHhahahAAH at least I had something to smile about.

I try to not watch the outcome in big pots. Helps with the tilt factor. But I usually notice that I don't have a huge stack on that table and have to go into the hand history to find out why anyway, coz I'm a nosy tilt monkey.

Seriously, unless this happens all the time, don't beat yourself up over it. You're just gonna make yourself feel worse, less confident more prone to tilt. This shit'll happen every once in a while and is meaningless in the long run; move on.
